Can I deliver my gift box on a chosen day?
Unfortunately, due to the current Covid 19 situation, we cannot guarantee specific days as deliveries can be subject to change.
Where is my Gift Box?
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and date of order, and one of our team will be in touch with you asap.
What if an item is damaged?
We anticipate your gift box will arrive in tip-top condition. If, for any reason, this isn’t the case, please e-mail us at email@example.com for assistance.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will contact you.
How do I include a gift message?
You will have an option to type in your gift message as you place your order, which will arrive as a handwritten message on a postcard included within the gift box
How will my gift be packaged?
We take pride in packaging our Love A Gift sets. Each one arrives in a box, with the gifts beautifully encased in our black and gold Love A Gift tissue paper and sealed with a gold foil Love A Gift sticker.
Can I send orders to multiple addresses?
Currently, orders for different addresses will need to be placed separately on our website.
